Camotes Island is located east of Cebu Island, southwest of Leyte Island, and north of Bohol Island. The Island has so much to offer from white sand beaches to breath taking view.

How to get to Camotes from Cebu:

The easiest and cheapest way is via Danao. Take a bus or PUJ from Cebu City to Danao then a boat to Camotes Island. Jomalia Shipping Cooperation has four schedules daily going from Danao to Consuelo Port, Camotes Island (5:30am, 08:30am, 12:00pm and 05:30pm) Rates at Php 180 for Non-Aircon and Php 200 fare for Aircon. Once you get to the Island there are a lot of tricycles/jeepney that can take you to your resort.

Total Travel time:
1 hour bus ride to Danao City
2 hour  Boat ride to Consuelo Port, Camotes Island
30 min Jeepney ride from the port to the Resort (Borromeo Beach Resort)

Getaway itinerary:
Timubo Cave
Vall Hall Resort
Lake Danao

So early Thursday morning, we embarked on our adventure to Camotes. It didn't matter though, the island has so much to explore!

Our Island getaway itinerary:

Timubo Cave
This is a great spot to take a cool dip after a summer hike.

Vall Hall Resort
The resort is simply breathtaking. My teammates and I had fun jumping off the cliff.

Lake Danao
A great place for a small picnic, so bring some snacks to enjoy on.

 My new teammates :)

Borromeo Beach Resort - We stayed in this resort for 2 days.
It has a vast stretch of white sand and the place is not crowded + great value for your money

Thanks to my teammates for making this trip memorable! :)
